This October, we’re celebrating the incredible small business owners who work tirelessly to provide essential services, create local jobs, and bring vibrancy to our community. Small businesses are the backbone of Stittsville—and they need our support now more than ever.

Being a business owner can be both exhilarating and exhausting. The entrepreneurial journey has many highs, some lows, and can be a long and twisting road with bumps along the way. But, you are not alone.

This workshop is designed to raise awareness of the unique mental health issues that business owners endure, provide support, solutions, and strategy in a peer environment where you can learn and share with fellow local business owners.
