DESCRIPTION:October is Small Business Month! To celebrate we have some special announcements and events for our members. \nThis workshop is a MEMBERS ONLY event with LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE. \nChoose between: \nSession 1: 5:15 – 6:30PM OR \nSession 2: 6:15 – 7:30PM \n \nBeing a business owner can be both exhilarating and exhausting. The entrepreneurial journey has many highs\, some lows\, and can be a long and twisting road with bumps along the way. But\, you are not alone. \nThis workshop is designed to raise awareness of the unique mental health issues that business owners endure\, provide support\, solutions\, and strategy in a peer environment where you can learn and share with fellow local business owners. \nOur Speaker is Christine Harrison\, Registered Psychotherapist \,Clinical Therapist\nFounder of Focus Forward Therapy Group \, established in 2014.  Her goal was to create  boutique style mental health clinics in Ottawa and has recently expanded across Canada with her proven clinic reputation and innovative techniques. \nParking is available behind the building. Refreshments will be provided.
