Departure: 10:00 a.m. starting at Village Square Park (6000 Abbott Street East).
Route: Approx. 4 kilometres on the Trans Canada Trail (Village Square Park to the observation deck, and then returning to Village Square Park).

Recommendations for participants:
• Bring a bottle of water for hydration.
• For people over 18 years of age, the use of helmet and safety protection is recommended, for those under 18 years of age, helmet use is mandatory.
• Wear sunscreen.
• Eat a healthy, balanced meal before the event.
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
• Make sure your bike is ready for the trail.
