On September 14, 2024, @ The Barn will proudly host its 3rd Annual Butter Tart Festival, a growing community event that brings together the spirit of Stittsville. Each year, we choose a cause close to our hearts and rally together to make a meaningful impact through people’s choice voting tickets and a silent auction.
This year, our hearts are with the Giffen family. The Giffens are an extraordinary part of our community, known for their dedication and involvement. Chelsea Giffen, a longstanding member of the Stittsville Village Association (SVA), along with her family, including their 13-year-old son, Grayson, have always been there to lend a hand at events like the Parade of Lights and Canada Day celebrations.
Now, the Giffens face a challenge no family should ever have to endure—Grayson has been recently diagnosed with cancer. As they navigate this difficult journey, we want to support them as they have so often supported our community. We are raising funds to help ease the burden of expenses during this critical time.
We’re reaching out to ask if your business would consider donating a gift card or certificate to our silent auction. Your generosity will not only help raise vital funds for the Giffen family but also demonstrate the strength and unity of our Stittsville community.
If you have any questions or need further information about our fundraising efforts, please don’t hesitate to contact us at
hello@atthebarn.ca. We would be more than happy to discuss how you can help make a difference.
Thank you for considering our request and for your continued support of our community.
