Abbie Sizer McIntosh

Abbie Sizer McIntosh is an experienced banker with a notable background in community engagement and volunteerism. With a passion for fostering connections and supporting local initiatives, Abbie has dedicated significant time to various organizations, including the Women’s Business Network, the Stittsville Business Association, Stittsville Cooperative Nursery School, as well as various other community and academic volunteer pursuits. From 2017 to 2020, she served as a Director of BMO Pride, BMO’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and advocating for diversity. Abbie is recognized for her dedication to creating spaces that celebrate and embrace diversity, including playing a key role in the National launch of BMO’s Gender Pronoun Initiative. In 2019, she was named ‘Emerging Leader of the Year’ by the Women’s Business Network. Abbie has been a resident of Stittsville since 2021. She is a proud mom of two young boys.

Andrew is an independent financial planner and wealth management advisor affiliated under Canada life. His educational background is in financial economics and he holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Andrew is also in the process of obtaining his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. His role is to help professionals, families and business owners achieve their desired financial goals and aspirations by establishing and maintaining a partnership built on trust. Andrew’s vision is to help clients create a financial foundation so they can maintain a quality of life they desire.

Andrea Greenhous is the founder of Vision2Voice, a boutique internal communications agency located in Stittsville. Vision2Voice helps organizations connect with their people, building better workplaces and thriving business cultures. While Andrea’s business crosses international borders, she is first and foremost a proud resident of Stittsville.

With an extensive background in operations management and corporate finance, particularly within start-ups, she brings diverse expertise to her role. Rooted in people-centric philosophy, Saera fosters an inclusive environment within her business, prioritizing collaboration over competition. Her genuine love for giving back shines through her enthusiastic participation in various community-driven activities, from hosting client appreciation events to organizing local food drives, fun giveaways, and sponsoring local teams and events. Saera is dedicated to strengthening ties between the business community and Stittsville residents, fostering collaboration, innovation, and shared growth. Fatih Aydin

Fatih Aydin is an accountant and owner of Aydin Accounting who graduated from Carleton University’s Commerce program with a specialization in Accounting. He obtained his CPA designation and has worked with numerous CPA companies in the Ottawa region. Fatih works with both small businesses and larger corporations across different sectors such as healthcare, food and beverage, hospitality, and construction. With many years of experience under his belt, Fatih has opened his own CPA business newly located at 5900 Hazeldean Road.
Al Belanger

As a proud resident of Stittsville since 1996 and the owner of Tailored Home Improvements, Al has deep roots in Stittsville. Alongside his wife, he raised two children who actively participated in the local Stittsville hockey association. Drawing from 28 years of residency, Al has developed strong ties with various businesses, fostering a robust network within the community. His journey as an entrepreneur has seen him build businesses from inception, leveraging expertise in branding and growth strategies to propel them forward. Al is now eager to channel his passion for entrepreneurship and community service into the role as the Member Experience Chair for the Stittsville Business Association. With a firm belief in the power of collaboration and collective action, Al is committed to advocating for the interests of local businesses and fostering an environment conducive to their success. Through effective governance and strategic initiatives, he aims to contribute to the continued growth and prosperity of Stittsville’s business community. Candice is a very proud mom of a daughter attending Carleton University. She is also excited to be an active member of the Stittsville community, contributing to its growth and vibrancy.

Sarah is the Stittsville Business Association Administrator. She is the owner and main eyelash technician at Meraki Lash Co., a luxury beauty studio located in the heart of Stittsville. She is passionate about all things beauty, nature, and animals. In her free time, you can usually find Sarah in the gym, playing with her cat, or spending time with family.
