Annual General Meeting & Call for Nominations

In accordance with the By-Laws of the Stittsville Business Association, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2026
Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: RONA+ Kanata – Meeting Room

Your participation is important as we review the past year, address matters of Association business, and plan for the year ahead.

Only members in good standing as of the date of the AGM are eligible to vote. A quorum is required, which is a majority of members entitled to vote.

Please register by Monday, March 16th so we can ensure we have a quorum.

Call for Nominations – Board of Directors

This notice also serves as a Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the By-Laws, members elect Directors to the Board. Following the AGM, the newly elected Board will meet to assign officer roles (such as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Committee Chairs) from among the elected Directors.

There are nine (9) Director positions to be filled at this AGM.
All Director positions are open for election.

Members in good standing are encouraged to consider putting their name forward and participating in the governance of the Association.
